Script for Lowell's Carnaval dance "Emigrante de Emergencia" written by Hélio Costa from Terceira for the 1990 Carnaval. The document opens with a letter addressed to Januario Sousa from Hélio Costa sending him a Carnaval script with the theme "Emigrante Em Urgencia" (Emigrante de Emergencia). The letter was sent around the holiday season. Hélio discusses his excitement for Carnaval as well as information about bringing a person from the Azores to the United States or Canada and the current cost of airplane travel.
