Manuel Matos's membership application to become a member of the Club Luís de Camões. He was a 26-year-old, married man living on Tremont Street. The application was submitted on February 16th of 1931 and likely approved by an officer of the club, A. Oliveira. He was admitted as a member on February 23rd, 1931. Written on the top of the page are the words "Socio de Honra" and a statement indicating that Manuel Matos was born on December 27th, 1903, as well as acknowledgement that he paid his membership fees.
