Frank S. Bettencourt's membership application to become a member of the Club Luís de Camões. He was a 22-year-old, married man living on Proctor Street. The application was submitted on March 21st of 1962 and likely approved by an officer of the club, Antonio Almeida. He was admitted as a member on March 30th, 1931. Written on the top of the page are the words "Socio de Honra."
