Antonio Unhão's application to become a member of the Club Luís de Camões. He was a retired 64-year-old, divorced Portuguese immigrant living on Dennis Street. The application was submitted on November 16th of 1962 and approved by the president of the club, Alberto Lopes. Written in the left hand corner is an indication that the membership fund was paid and a note added later to confirm that Antonio passed away on May 8th, 1966.
