Portuguese Benefit Society treasurer records (1942-1954)

Book containing the treasurer's records of the Portuguese Benefit Society's external expenses and membership dues from 1942 to 1954. Each page includes documentation of the checking account and savings account totals; the funds for the death and disability benefits; any payments the society made for utilities and rent, supplies, events, food, or for other external expenses; disability funds that were distributed to members; and dues and fees payments.

Pages 9-28 were left intentionally blank and missing pages were intentionally removed. Scans of notes and papers found throughout the book that could not be displayed properly in their original location can be found at the end of the PDF. The biweekly balance note from February 1951 was found on page 91.
