The broadcast opens with footage of a musical performance by an Azorean artist, likely Nelly Cavaco, from Providence, Rhode Island. She is interviewed by Jose Gabriel for TV Portugal where she explains that she is recording music with PS Productions and reminds the audience to buy a cassette.

The video than transitions to footage of various types of Portuguese food being prepared from farm to table by several women. After, there is footage of another musical performance done by a larger group of guitar players and singers.
