Date

Description
The video begins with footage from a musical performance by a Portuguese artist, and then cuts to a segment by news caster Jose Gabriel about the musical performance and the artist himself, as well as two bullfights in Lowell and a farewell party that was organized by Elio Mello.
The video then cuts to footage of young Portuguese Girl Scouts from Brownie Troop 1073 eating a Thanksgiving meal with their troop leaders. The camera shows other tables of families and community members eating in the same hall as the younger girls are interviewed about Thanksgiving. Afterward, older Girl Scouts give a speech in Portuguese and English about Thanksgiving and the event, and a priest gives a similar speech in both Portuguese and English to the Girl Scouts. He also mentions TV Portugal Lowell and its success despite the program only starting a few months prior.
The video then cuts to footage of a holiday flea market for Christmas where vendors sell jewelry and other items. Then, the video shows women cooking in a large kitchen and another feast while some of the participants interact with Santa.
Another feast is then shown, which depicts the farewell party for bullfighter Francisco Magalhães. There is a large cake that depicts a bullfight as the centerpiece of the feast, and several men are interviewed about the event. Francisco Magalhães is shown cutting into the cake and is then interviewed for TV Portugal Lowell about the bullfights and the party. Another man then gives a speech where he rewards Francisco Magalhães with a plaque dedicated to his time in Lowell.
