1994 Carnaval, Dança De Taunton, MA (O Casamento)

1994

A group of performers dance while accompanied by saxophones, guitars, and accordions. One man in the center performs with a whistle and a tambourine and also sings a solo. Throughout the performance, the dance pauses while actors who emerged from the audience, as well as a few of the dancers on stage, act in a comical theatrical performance before the dances and music resume. The dancers wear primarily green and black shirts and pants and the tambourine dancer wears black and white.

Performed at the Holy Ghost Society in Lowell, MA.
