Date

Description

A group of young performers dance while accompanied by a string ensemble. One young man in the center performs with a whistle and a tambourine and also sings a solo. Throughout the performance, the dance pauses while actors who emerged from the audience, as well as a few of the dancers on stage, act in a comical theatrical performance before the dances and music resume. The dancers wear primarily purple and white shirts and pants and the actors wear modern outfits.

Performed in the Salão Da Igreja De Santo Antônio (St. Anthony's Church) in Lowell, MA.
