Footage of the Festa de São João parade in Lowell, MA. The video begins with a group of men playing and singing Portuguese music together on various string instruments. The parade then begins, led by a group of children in traditional outfits and floats representing Portuguese culture and followed by groups for the Lowell Portuguese Bakery, Pioneer Liquors, traditional dancers and singers including Rancho Folclórico Juventude Unida de Lowell, a barbearia business, and others. Miss Simpatia and the Segunda Dama can be seen at the end of the video.
