Bishop Anderson discloses a request for help from Cardinal [Henry William] O'Connell as he will be traveling at a time he did not expect to be away. Thus, he requests Bishop da Silva to celebrate the Eucharist in several churches on the dates and times mentioned. He adds that, for necessary travel, Bishop Anderson will have a carriage made available for him.
