The letter thanks Bishop da Silva for the authorization of the transfer of the Sours de Notre-Dame du Bom Secours community from Pondicherry (Sisters of Our Lady of Good Help) to Mylapore, and thanks him for the welcome. They state that when Bishop da Silva returns to Mylapore, the tributes of respect and recognition will be personally renewed.
