Back reads: "Lowell City Electricians (L) Joe Ramalho and (R) David Desrochers replace/or fix worn tennis court lights at Shedd Park. They say there will be a vast improvement over last year's light situation. Evening play begins in late May with lights on from 7pm-midnight."
